This is by far my fave day bag. The North Face Borealis sling is made from recycled material too.
If you have any questions please ask below...
I couldn't find the actual sling on Amazon but here's The NorthFace store in case it gets added at some point - amzn.to/3io5wie
I bought mine from Surfdome, but shop around you can find them in a few colours from £25-45 (you know how internet shopping is!)
Its only £30 at the moment on the North Face website (plus shipping) - www.thenorthfa...
"The North Face Borealis Sling is a shoulder bag made with recycled materials. The main fabric of the bag is made from recycled polyester, which is a type of synthetic fabric made from recycled plastic bottles. The padded shoulder strap is also made from recycled materials. By using recycled materials, The North Face is able to reduce the environmental impact of its products and help to conserve natural resources." - written by ChatGPT

I bought the same one in camouflage I’ve had it 3 weeks and I love it my only problem is finding a water bottle that fits the holder

@Tim2pointoh Жыл бұрын
Yeah the bottle holder is a little slim. It’s perfect for small coke/fanta type bottles like you’d buy with a sandwich or at the movies. I have this Sistema one that I picked up quite cheap that luckily is slim enough.

@@tekamer6566 true but u wouldn’t want sweat from a cold bottle to get any important paperwork u might have folded up inside damaged or if the bottle isn’t sealed tight enough and a few big drops leaked out enough to damage any sensitive electronics u might have inside

I used to wear a sling but then I found the Savotta 202 paratrooper rucksack. Only 300g, 20 litres, and tougher than old boots - they were originally meant to carry land mines.

That’s impressive but for me the sling is the way a man can have th equivalent of a womens clutch purse or something. Sure these things can be from 4-8 litres which is more than a typical purse. BUT it’s about being able to carry a few extra bits an pieces around without them hanging off your belt or bulging your pockets.

Yeah they are a bit of an underground source of watches. You won’t get a manual or a box mind you, just a padded Jiffy bag.

Hi, did you try to fit the light camera tripod in this bottle pouch... ? :) wouldn't stretch more?
@Tim2pointoh
@Tim2pointoh 5 ай бұрын
Yes I did try a few tripods, unfortunately the bottle pouch is not great at gripping anything in place. You could get a medium gorilla pod in there but anything smooth will slide out.

It’s one of those bags that are for on the go. The type of bag where you don’t have to pack much, only essentials. This bag doesn’t look awkward on men at all.
