Today we were in Hollywood Florida and we went to the ONLY Indian restaurant in the area, and it was SHOCKINGLY GOOD!!! We had several dishes at this restaurant and the quality was spot on! Authentic Indian food at its best! You gotta check this place out!

BIG FAN SIMPLEST DESI MASALA FISH FRY 1 or 2 lb (to balance spice level) fish easiest to find with scales removed cut and add in a bowl ginger garlic paste 1.25 teaspoon coriander powder 0.75 teaspoon cumin powder 0.75 teaspoon blend of garam masala 0.75 teaspoon turmeric powder 0.50 teaspoon red kashmiri chilly powder 1 teaspoon black pepper powder 0.33 teaspoon asafoetida (hing) pinchfull salt to taste hung curd 1 tablespoon gram flour 1-2 tablespoon squeeze 1 good lime mix with hand with one hand holding bowl leave and marinate for 2 hours in a deep pan hi heat add 1 litre refined soyabean oil fry spinkle chaat masala and lemon juice
