North Kansas City streetcar extension reveals options

Residents and commuters are getting a first look at what a potential North Kansas City extension for the KC Streetcar could look like.

How about STL Metrolink style service directly between City Market & KCI, connecting all of the warehouses, shopping, much less hotels inbetween? Perhaps even with said true light rail service, the streetcar could serve plentiful immediate local areas north of the river, but an airport to downtown mass transit service should be THE maximum priority in terms of establishing a good transit baseline.
