Arsenal fan here. I don't fully disagree with anything said here. The state of the PL though is that you still can't beat City with 89 points. In 18/19 Liverpool only lost a single game and still didn't win the title. The ceilings on these clubs are so high and having to be so perfect to beat City, it's difficult to judge managers in the context of this City club right now. Not excusing 22/23 because that truly was inexcusable. I think all mostly legitimate criticism, but can't be denied that Arsenal has trended in a positive direction under Arteta. Overall though, I agree that questions need to be asked without any major trophies.
