I usually use businesses when I can, but a map would just make it easier and be more consistent. I just don't know how much effort it'd be on Charlie's side lol if it's super annoying every time, prolly not worth it

The majority of these people will never experience life anywhere else. Essentially they will grow up in these areas and get a low paying job somewhere and just maintain. For most of them there will be no upward mobility. They won't be going off to college or the military. The only life they will know is their hood. There are slums all over the world. Last estimate that I saw was that 2 billion people live in slums. But in the U.S. there is supposed to be opportunities and the American Dream.
