North River Factory Tour & Leaving With My New Boat!!

In this video I am driving up to Roseburg, Oregon to do a tour at the North River Boat Factory. I will be leaving with my new boat that was just completed. I purchased it from Boat Country in Ripon, California.

"Airconditioning, the guys are spoiled" Having a comfortable working environment is a bonus for the workers but in reality it benefits the business as much if not more than the workers. Comfortable working spaces means less fatigue, better concentration (less mistakes), better morale, less sick days taken, experienced tradesman retention etc. A happy workforce is a productive workforce.

Worked in the fabrication shop here 10 years ago. One of the best jobs I ever had. The people that work there really are the best and they put a lot of hard work into every boat. Would recommend North River every time.

As an amateur boat person when you see the sticker price on a quality boat I think wow that’s expensive. After watching your video tour and I saw the craftsmanship and hard work that goes into one of these, I did a 180. It actually seems cheap for what a quality product you got. Great investment that you worked very hard for and hope you’re enjoying all of it. Congratulations again.
