Great video! I’ve done this ride twice, the forest section can get ankle deep in mud when it’s wet as I think 4x4’s use it.... brilliant in the dry, plus great views of the North East coast. Sweet!

Did this ride yesterday, but from May Beck Car Park. The last bit of the forest section before Harwood Dale is unrideable due to Motorbike erosion. Huge, flooded ruts. The last half of the lovely single track on the moor is not as bad, but a ball ache for the same reason

Robin Hoods Bay Path from Lilla to the A171 one of the best MTB natural tracks in the Country.

Part of my route for a quick ride from Scarborough, the bit down from the mast to Harwood Dale! Have also done from Lilla cross back to the Mast at Ravenscar. It,s ace up there but as you say it needs to be dry ish! Enjoy your vids.

Great stuff. Brings back memories. Where you cut back to the cinder track my mates n i lost the connection track n ended up fence hopping. We like to head up Broxa forest,above Harewood Dale,where there are loads of great tracks. Worth a try if your up round here again.

Brilliant ride mate, don’t want to come across thick but I’m new to the gps stuff on the bikes. How would I actually find the exact route you took, as when your in these places there’s off roads/tracks all over the place. Do the Garmins actually point you in the right way etc, and how would I upload your link below? Cheers mate

Just after the farm at 11:35 there is a bridleway off to the left that drops down through some woods to a mill that’s well worth a look 👍

I tried this ride the other week, ended up sessioning bits and pieces in the woods near the railway bed and didn’t even make it out onto the moor but will def revisit having seen this. Looks like a real classic

Great vid again, I noticed your brakes are a lot quieter have you swapped your pad compound If so what would you recommend I'm mainly a trail rider like yourself Ive just received some ceramic, semi ceramic and normal organic with kevlar I'm tempted to stick to the normal I'm wearing them down in about 250miles, I hate the squawk but tempted to try the mediums also... Using the same pads. Semi metallic. They were only quiet because it was dry. I use sram guide ultimates. SRAM brakes are known for been noisy. The normal organic pads are the best for noise. But wear quick.
