Sven I do believe those charts also fall in line with the House Speaker votes. With this new speaker a Government shutdown is baked into the cake. November 17th may be a very rough day for many. Johnson will not compromise nor will the Dems.

Great video as always, Sven. Really appreciate the insight. Re: historical examples of 3+ consecutive red monthly candles on SPX, particularly around this time of year / seasonality, surely September 2000 would be worth a look? Sept-Nov 2000 brought us down to the Monthly 40-SMA support, as we are seeing now, and when that support broke in Feb 2001, we went on to see three additional runs of 3 or more consecutive red monthly bars, between Sept 2000 and March 2003.

So 4180 was important last week and bears have nothing if it holds, and now 4100 is important, and bears have nothing... You will find very important key zones all the way down to 3600 or even 3000 🤷‍♂️

You are using the wrong time periods. 1973-74 is an awesome analog, but no one uses it. It's almost an identical situation, just with less debt. We're not in 2015.

We hit 4100, so we should bounce and test 4200 where we broke down from but we would have to start getting above 4250/4300 for it to be really bullish. One daily bar at a time...

Thanks for the update! Bull case is starting to be very contrarian as you point out with asset manager index, and fear and greed index just moved into Extreme Fear. I'm curious are your weekly/monthly MAs set "on bar close" or are they updating with the current price?

by definition they are moving averages hence they keep adjusting, but there are monthly so they adjust very slowly as price evolves.
