The tears be real here, some people don't understand the love many of us have for Aurene. I love her like a daughter, I love her in a way I have never loved a video game character before and even though I know she will more then likely come back it does not make this hurt any less

P r e a c h. I was incredibly sad when Trahearne died, but Aurene... she was a completely new level. I was - am - devastated. I don't know what magic Anet did that made me love and connect to her so much, but they did, and now I want her back so bad.

I couldn't agree more, somehow they made me connect with Aurene on a level I never have with any character from any other game. She was our beautiful dragon daughter and she better come back to us

Truth be told I never got attached to Aurene, during the brief stints of playing GW2 I never played the Living World so I never got to know her. Now it is too late, and I feel a great sadness in my heart.

It is called Living world and therefore like in real life you loose people you loved. I played 6 years of gw2 and still playing. I lost Eir and Aurene but what an epic emotional adventure!

Why am I so sad. Seriously, how can a game make me feel so stupidly depressed about a virtual dragon... Man, I hate that aurene becomes an elder dragon, and she leaves. I fucking loved her and now she's gone :(

I still love Aurene deeply even though she's an Elder Dragon now... wherever she is. I desperately hope we'll soon know about her wherabouts or at least know she's okay. I refuse to believe we won't interact with her anymore, because in that case I'll go nuts :(

I still love her so much, what I hate is that nothing is going to be the same, she's not going to be with us like she has been through all path of fire and season 4, thats what I hate, she's not going to be relevant anymore, like, developers are probably going to slowly let her die, and I don't want that... And yeah, I will also die inside if we don't get to interact with her again...
