Four Finnish metal singers, formed a band. They took pop and rock songs and turned them into metal. You just saw and heard an example of what it sounds like. They made two albums. Metal music is very important to us Finns (not everyone, of course) and can be found in many forms. There is metal made for children, there are Christmas songs, covers from other music converted to metal, etc. etc etc ...

Yes! The Northern Kings! Their version of Billy Idol’s “Rebel Yell” sounds extremely sinister, Lionel Richies “Hello” is triumphant, Frank Sinatra’s “My Way” is insanely epic, and you’ve never heard Kylie Minogue’s “I Should Be So Lucky” so totally different as their version. Enjoy!

Heyyy finally a video with JP Leppäluoto (The first man singing here)!! Awesome! 😄 Yes, his voice is beautiful. ❤ Now you need to react to his own music. I'd suggest "Kuoppa" or "Piilevää Pimeää" since they're newer, or "Colder" by his first band Charon. JP, Marco and Tony also performed a Medley couple of years ago that you'd like. (There's also a really funny rehearsal video of playing this. 😆) Oh, and if you like JP in a top hat, check out "Dance With The Dragon" by Dark Sarah. 😉

I'm so happy you try northern kings. They are so amazing. 4 great finnish male voices. Jarkko Ahola from Teräsbetoni, Marco Heitala from Nightwish, Tony Kakko from Sonata Arctica and Juha-Pekka Leppäluoto from Charon. So good and powerfull voice. You can try I just died in yours arms and you will enjoy the Jarkko's voice and his power. With the song Creep is more JP Leppäluoto's voice.
