Northern Michigan Camping in Wind and Rain | Rooftop Tent

My dog Atlas and I (Brett) do a quick solo overnighter camping in our rooftop tent in the wind and rain while on the road. Hang out and relax to the sounds of nature while we build camp and cook "dough boys" over the campfire.

Try peppered bacon off a slab with strips cut about 1/4" thick. Excellent for breakfast ore dinner. I discovered it at Sam's Club, it was lightly pre-cut/scored which made things easier.

Hi Brett, just found your sight, liked and subbed! Life long Michigander here currently living near Iron Mountain in Da U.P. Also lived in Marquette, Traverse City Cadillac, etc. Loved your vid on Sylvania. I have paddled, portaged and camped there many times. Fantastic area. All the Western Upper Peninsula is for that matter. I have a Runaway Camper Venturist off road flat drop trailer and love to camp and explore Michigan and Wisconsin. Love Atlas!
