You were there for catch 2! That was the one that I showed you.

Would love to see a video of crum creek again. I would reccomend you start at the big waterfall by the condos and walk along the trail to the tressel train bridge. Recently I’ve seen bass ranging from 2lbs to 5+ and have had success on a Chad shad. I have heard of some GIANTS caught there(8+)

I know exactly where you are talking about! Funny enough, I've been thinking about making a video at that spot for a few weeks now. I'll see if I can get out there before the cold weather sets in. Thanks for the suggestion, and thanks for checking out the video!
@Oweniversen3 ай бұрын
@@delconashvilleline I will say the water is very low right now. The 5+ usually are everywhere after a big storm so if you are going to make a video make it then. And at the waterfall the like live bluegills. The waterfall has big bass and giant snakehead after storms.

Thank you! Are there a lot of them in bucks county? I didn't think they had a large presence there. But good luck! They are a fun fish!

Nice video man keep up the swamp vids. I use a pocket frog from lunker hunt but can’t get any. What’s the best time to use them
@delconashvilleline3 ай бұрын
Thank you! I used a frog for a year before catching my first fish on it, so don't get discouraged. Summer is def the best time of year for the frog!

Hey brother! Delco native here, do you have any spot recommendations? I feel like I can't find any decent ponds or lakes around Delco. Love the videos and keep it up!
@delconashvilleline3 ай бұрын
Hey man! Thanks for checking out the channel! I'm not gonna lie to you... there aren't too many public lakes or pond in Delco. What type of fish are you looking to target?
@standbymedia3 ай бұрын
@@delconashvilleline Thankfully I have a small local pond with some Large mouth and bluegills, but when it comes to trout, crappie or smallies I'm stumped 🤷 I usually just flee to Delaware lol
@delconashvilleline3 ай бұрын
@@standbymedia eh... Crappie are tough around here. But... Trout and smallmouth are plentiful in our area. Any creek will hold (with the exception of crum) gets stocked with trout. Smallmouth are in most creeks with the Brandywine having the most.

Does it seem like the bass are disappearing in these areas due to the snakehead competition?
@delconashvilleline3 ай бұрын
It's a really good question. My answer is I'm not sure. In my personal experience bass fishing this year in this area has been poorer than the last two years. I don't know why though. It could just be an off year, it could be due to water conditions, it could be due to competition with snakehead and other species. It could be I just am off my game and cant catch them this year lol. It's a good question that I do not have the answer to! I appreciate you checking out the video!

@@delconashvilleline I’m not gonna lie it’s not even been that bad of your going just for some decent sized bass that’s the spot right now if you go on Fishbrain I post all my catches on there my account is reelin jt. But no snake head which is wired

Aren't you required to kill snakeheads?
@delconashvilleline28 күн бұрын
Thank you for checking out the video! I can only speak for PA. I am not sure about other states but in Pennsylvania you are not required to kill the Northern Snakehead but if you do release it you must release it to the same exact spot that you caught it from.
