hi i don’t think it would as on the lowest setting it started pulling 1450watts and it won’t run on our van invertor wound run it we have had a subscriber tell us about induction plates at go outdoors that have a lower wattage may be have a look at that on there website x

We have an Ikea Induction hob works fantastic with the power bank, although we can only use up to power level 8 (trips the Jackery out ) but 8 is plenty to cook on. Much more efficient than gas and cheaper only down side cant use Ridge Monkey.
