Hi Guys. Hope you are both well. I used to stop there in that coach park often when I was working for Paul Mathew Transport for the 2 theatres in town. Very quite never had any problems there. Love Blackpool ❤️ well done Mark 🤣 your waterproof now 🤣 never been up Blackpool tower. Shopping centre is Awsome and its and amazing place. I used to love spam fritters and spam, eggs & beans, but not had spam for years. If you go to a butchers (e.g. Cowmans in Clitheroe used to do this when I lived there)that make sausages and ask, they will make sausages to your liking with virtually 100% meat with seasoning of your choice. You'll have to order in advance. Have a lovely Christmas 🎄

I LOVE Chinese. I don't know if I feel as strongly as you Mark which is just as well because I'm from the U K living in Madrid and Chinese restaurants are few and far between here now. Love spam😋. Here's one we make in our motorhome, spam fried rice, delicious. All you need is spam, microwave rice onion soy sauce and egg. Sprinkle soy sauce, not too much onto rice leave to stand while you chop onion and spam into small pieces. Fry spam till it colours with onion, then add rice cook till well heated. Make a well in middle and add beaten eggs. It up to you how many eggs I usually use 2. Dead easy.
