SO TRUE. Librarian mfs when he isn't talking about sex, cock & balls, anything click farmable, epic gaming clips or spamming jokes (etc): NL's non meta, suboptimal, MUNDANE, boring ass, uneventful, uninteresting, no content life (he was talking about his daily life and events, the simple and perhaps tiny, but beautiful events of the day to day life as a human, amd his own interactions with other souls on their own journey through life, along with the special little moments that came from said interactions. That Alongside stories and experiences that resulted from being a father, bringing life into this world, teaching them love and being by their side until they don't need that anymore)

Every time NL mentions Twilight Struggle, I wonder if he's thinking of Twilight Imperium. He's said it a few times I believe, but I forget if he ever talks about specifics. Most times “mushrooms” (even branded with words like “magic doze”) are not psychedelic, but rather contain different mushrooms (amanita muscaria) which produce a more calming/tipsy feeling via a different, unrelated chemical (muscimol). It pisses me off when they use words like “magic” because someone can like them and then try actual psychedelic mushrooms and have a horrifying confusing trip that they don’t expect. And yeah that stuff is legal. Some places are also legalizing psilocybin-containing real magic mushrooms, but often what you see is this misleading/false advertising stuff. It has its own use I’m sure, but it’s insanely obscuring of the facts
@wmidler7 ай бұрын
there are psilocybin dispensaries operating in the open in Canadian cities and plenty of online stores. The legal status hasn't changed but it feels similar to how cannabis was circa 2016.

@Drekromancer7 ай бұрын
Nah, Amanitas are nothing like Psilocybe Cubensis. The active ingredients and effects are totally different. People just think of them as kinda close because they're both mushroom drugs. But if you want the experience of doing mushrooms, you will NOT get it from Amanitas. For reference, Psilocybe Cubensis - magic mushrooms - are classified as conventional psychedelics. By contrast, Amanitas are classified as Deliriants. Not a fun time.
