Been watching this series and the OG Isaac on NL's channel for the better part of a decade and I think this is it. It's a good time to end the series now that SAP has become more or less the substitute and it's a more relevant game atm. I do however think, that you should do one last episode just to send the series off officially. Nothing fancy tho, just for nostalgia's sake and a farewell to one of the most consistent series on YT ever. Thanks for all the memories and years of Isaac, got myself into the game thanks to you and now am playing SAP because your mad strats made it look interesting.

Fun fact, daylight savings time has nothing to do with farming. Most of the modern countries that use it implemented it to save energy during the war. Farmers have hated daylight savings for ages for the same reason NL does - animals don't care about the clock, they care about their own timing and the position of the sun.

Been watching NL since the super meat boy playthrough, and while the last time i watched the isaac uploads daily was flash isaac, there's still something bittersweet about seeing it end very close to when egg father finally hit 1M subs. I liked to think every item is useful in some way ed didnt put them in if it wasnt like I like to use the razor blade item because it causes enemies to bleed which if you think about it that just means there die eventually so you dont need to redo a run when you get it or the wiggle worm can be used to shoot thought rocks becuase it gives you spectral tears with the added bonus of making some cool effects lol

@30:30 - omg same re: Elden Ring. I'd heard it would take like 60-70 hours to beat? It's the banter/anecdotes. It's hard to remain focused on the game when you're mostly trying to keep the conversation going. That said, he can be rather mechanically skilled if he wants to be, and sometimes if he pays attention he'll make good choices too. It's just understandable when he doesn't. What I do find a little bothersome is that he blames the game for stuff that he actually did have a reasonable amount of influence over, especially in cases where he's just trying to rush to the end as fast as possible. If you want your runs to pop off more sometimes you gotta think a little more about what you're doing. Right now he's just kinda coasting (it works because Blue Baby is an easy ass boss) and he only gets strong when it literally just hands him Sacred Heart or something.
