max range should ideally be kinda low though. you want the max charge distance to be not that far because the max charge is also max damage now. and your max damage shot should be simple to land on medium range enemies. so fuck range, maybe take a single range up but that's it.

Hey NL to expand on your tainted keeper theory of most people don't know how to play him and focus too much on acquiring every item; tainted keeper is a GREAT character to skip treasure rooms for planetarium chance since the value of treasure rooms is so much less than shops for tainted keeper. Shops contain multiple items from the treasure room and boss item pools. On that same thought, tainted keeper is one of the few characters that it's better to go for devil deals (imo) since he often has the ability to acquire multiple devil deal items with money.

Small tip: if you skip the first treasure room you’d get a 20% planetarium chance on each successive floor which is pretty much 100% if you skip the first floor. Since you have to buy the item and it’s most likely bad you can think of it as trading the first treasure room for a future planetarium.

I kinda disagree with NL's saving strategy for tainted keeper. I find it is pretty easy to earn enough coins per floor (especially as the floors get larger) to buy basically every item you see, and they end up adding up into really fun and strong runs in my experience.

Skyrim base game is kinda stinky if you aren't playing specifically for the Bethesda glitches. However I'd say it's probably one of the best games to play modded out there. (As Bethesda games tend to be) However as somebody who has gone through the process, I can understand why that is a lot to ask for most people.
