Brimstone bombs (and other bomb items) do work with Dr. Fetus and Epic Fetus but it's chance based on the luck, like for example Tough Love or Common Cold with regular tears.

Is Vancouver actually so fricked up that NL thinks that he’s a saint for just not J-walking? In my town, most people just go to cross walks. Obviously there are j walkers, but not enough that I lose my mind the way that NL does.

I live in a country where jaywalking isn't even a crime if you're not a goddamn idiot. You can cross wherever you want, but you legally only have right of way at actual crossings, so if you want to cross somewhere else you have to do it without getting in the way of any drivers. And everything's just fine over here.
