Heartbreak is functionally like a kinda different nine lives. Where every time you take a hit that would kill you with 9 lives you respawn with 1 container, heartbreak effectively respawns you with one hit but all your heart containers still empty but existing except for the last two becoming broken hearts. Instead of dying when you have no more lives you die when you get 12 broken hearts but you at least get a damage up each time

Abaddon doesn’t kill you as T. Judas or any soul heart only character, but it does set you to two hearts. I personally would’ve taken there due to the backup of both Book of Revelations and Heartbreak

If you want more cast-iron pan recipes, I recommend frittatas. You turn on the oven, fry up whatever filling ingredients you want, like potato hunks, bacon, and some kind of bell pepper or something, and once it's all cooked, you dump some eggs in there, top with cheese, and stick the cast iron in the oven.

Trying to understand why NL didn't pick up Samson's Chains? Beyond the obvious fact that it's just a passive item, this is one character that incetivizes you to go through enemies, why wouldn't the ball be useful?

I find that the chain will sometimes hit bomb rocks, poison mushrooms, or blood clots and cause you to take damage you would've otherwise not taken.

Salmon is good in the cast iron, with a little salt, fresh cracked pepper and a few slices of lemon. You can fry it for a few minutes and finish it in the oven. I'll also use my cast iron to sear meat before putting it in the instant pot for, say, pulled pork.
