Dear Melissa, I wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude for your assistance with my recent purchase of the LX in Canada. Despite receiving some guidance from a dealership representative, I found that many of my questions remained unanswered. Fortunately, your help allowed me to fully understand the vehicle, just as you did with my former GX. It's amusing to think that your training was so helpful, yet I wasn't able to purchase the vehicle from you. Unfortunately, as a Canadian customer, I was subject to an extra 20% luxury tax on the LX, whereas US customers do not face this additional cost. EXCELLENT review! Thank you for all of the valuable information. The one thing I didn't see is how to get the Height Control to STAY at one position once it's set? I want to keep the height at the "L" position, but it keeps adjusting back to the normal ("N") mode once I stop the vehicle. It also makes it harder to get in and out of the LX. Thank you.

Hi! Much of the height control is automatically adjusted and based on the vehicle speed. You could try the a couple of things: 1. Keep it in the auto adjusting mode by keeping the Adaptive Height Control turned on. Then make sure you have the Easy Access feature turned on so it will lower the LX about 2" in about 2 seconds when you turn the vehicle off. Much easier to get in and out with that turned on. Option 2. would be to turn off the Adaptive Height Control and then see if it will allow you to adjust the height to Low and see if it will stay there. It might still make an adjustment for aerodynamics, you would have to test that out and see what works for you. I hope this helps. Thanks for being here!

Hi! On the LX, make sure you are kicking on the right hand side of the bumper, you have your smart key with you, and you step back and out of the way so the door has room to open. You can also check the Power Back Door settings in the Settings Menu through the Multi-Information Display to make sure all of the Power Back Door features are turned on. Hope this helps!

Hi! If this is a new vehicle, then it is possible the windows may need to be recalibrated. You can try to go to each door and roll the window all the way down and all the way back up. Use the button on each door one at a time. Then see if the buttons on the driver's door will operate the passenger door windows. If not, then a Technician at Lexus should look at it for you to resolve the issue. Thanks for checking in.

Hi Nasser, There is not an auto lock feature on the vehicle. The best thing to do is close the doors, then just touch the indentation on the door handle to lock the car. If you forget to lock it, then you can always lock the LX from the Lexus app. Thanks so much for checking in.

Hi! Yes, the feature you are asking about is 1:16:04 Parking Support Brake It works in conjunction with the Parking Sensors and the Rear Cross Traffic Alert feature. I would say, like with any advanced driver support feature, it is not 100% fool proof. There are always circumstances that can can a system to "not see" something like a low curb, but I have found it tremendously helpful. Thanks for checking in with me!

Hi! Thanks for checking in. Unfortunately on the 5 & 7 seat configurations the 2nd row does not slide forward or back any more. The 4 seat ultra luxury setup does have some seat slide, but only for the seat that fully reclines on the passenger side of the vehicle. I hope this helps.

Hi! The LX has a locking Center Differential, but it doesn't have a locking Rear Differential. The redesigned GX Overtrail model will have two separate locking differentials and we will see that later this year. I hope this helps.

Hi! So sorry for the delay! The default mode for Active Height Control is to be in auto and to adjust by speed to many situations. Make sure that you have the feature on (you should not see a light about the button on the screen that turn the feature Off). 2:56:52 4WD Features, Height Control, Easy Access. Hi. No you can not stream movies on the car screen. All compatible content is to support the driver while in transit. I know it was cool to be able to watch a movie before on compatible vehicle, but since it required the car to be in Park with the Emergency Brake on, they chose to eliminate that feature and focus more on driver benefits and phone mirroring. Hi! It is still technically possible to do, but you must follow the instructions in the Multimedia Owners Manual exactly to get it to work. Also, make sure the drive is not too large, the files are the right type and the flash drive is properly formatted. The new system is really built and designed for music to be played from the Lexus radio, your phone's music library, or streamed from an app. All the best.

Hi! If a feature is designed to cycle back on when you turn the car off and back on, then it is not customizable in the settings on the vehicle. You could check with your Lexus service department to see if there is an additional setting that a technician might have access to, but some safety features are designed to remain on and just be customized to be less sensitive. Hi Eung, You should be able to lock your LX glove box with the metal key from your key fob. It should also work in the key cylinder in the driver's door. Make sure to insert it correctly. I bought a 2022 Lexus LX 600, as I have always had Land Cruiser, it has an engine with excellent performance, but the big problem is that the gas tank is very small, only 80 liters or 21 gallons, it is disappointing, in Australia they give the option of a larger tank 110 liters why in America, Isn't there this? or other option
