It truly was an amazing trip. We couldn't get any luckier with the weather. During the six day trip we didn't put up a single guy line on the tent, and that's uncommon here in Norway :) Hope you had a great easter in Denmark, Soren :)

I was so sad to see this video end , it was quite entertaining ! You guys are very funny when you experiment with food , trying all kinds of things. You really got me a laugh with your cake with the black crust 😂 . I guess you will go back to the drawing board and had a piece of aluminum to your cutting board so it wont melt 🤔 Your dog was such a baby when waiting for you guys to get ready for that summit , he sure know's how to put pressure 😅 Nice filming of the dog running down the hill when you came back on the downhill, he was like a rocket dog ! It must have been your last winter trip of the year as spring is on its way . I hope to see both of you doing the same kind of winter trips next year , you are my favorite winter travelers ! Wish you a nice spring !

Thank you 🤩 I truly enjoyed reading every single word you wrote. I'm impressed by your attention to details. I will definitely work on a new board for the MSR burner - a piece of aluminium is a great idea 😀 Vega does always gets impatient when we're about to leave. It doesn't matter if we're home or in the woods. Yes, this might be the last winter camping video, but it's still a lot of snow in the mountains. Maybe I will og on one last trip in two weeks before I put away the skis for the season. Thanks for leaving a comment, it means so much to me 🤗

Hi Mads, looks like you all had a fantastic time! Especially Vega,…very impressed with her singing 😂😂! I also continue to be impressed with your cooking skills, maybe you should open a restaurant 🤷🏻♂️? I have the MSR reactor too and that’s a good warning to me to only use the correct cooking pot, I hope that you can bring it back to life 💕 Once again thank you for turning out these great wilderness videos and taking us all along for the ride 👍 I’m off this weekend on a 6 day motorbike trip around Scotland 🏴 with all my friends, it’ll be great fun 😬 Keep well my friend 🙏

No doubt about it - Langsua was awesome. We didn’t travel too far, but focused on enjoying the outdoors and the brilliant weather. Restaurant you say? If that’s the case I’m going to open one in the middle of the bush 😁 According to Danny, MSR could fix the burner. It suppose to be a mechanism that prevents gas from entering the stove if the unit gets too hot. But yeah, note to self, only use reactor pots with the reactor stove. Enjoy your motorcycle trip, it sounds fun 🤩 Ride safely 🏍️

Hey, how much fuel do you take on a trip like this? Also, I notice you use both liquid gas and isobutane; which do you prefer for cold weather camping?
@HikingHansen2 ай бұрын
The rule of thumb is 3 dl per person per day, but I usually bring more. The white gas stove usually runs a couple of hours each day just to keep the tent tempered. The Reactor is super efficient for melting snow, and it’s easy to use. But, as you might know, gas stoves doesn’t work that well when it’s cold. I usually use both stoves at the same time, but you have to be careful with carbon monoxide.

@HikingHansen11 ай бұрын
@gnella Жыл бұрын
@HikingHansen Жыл бұрын
@gnella Жыл бұрын
@HikingHansen Жыл бұрын

Flott film!🙂
