Hi Tiffany! I am also a very big fan of Hillesvåg. I live in Germany and I am dreaming to visit Norway just to go there and buy like a crazy 🤣. I have the unspun yarn from them and I can only say: I LOVE IT! I'm also like you on a green-gray era🤣. We should just enjoy it. Very beautiful everything you bought and happy that I found you😊

Yes Green suits you! Norway and Iceland are the yarn countries of Europe. For now I am happy with cheap yarn from the supermarket and local yarn shop but I will visit Norway one day for yarn shopping. Greetings from Finland.

You can ask hillesvåg to mix a custom colour, but if you don’t like this you don’t have to buy it and it goes in the discount bin. So it might be that. They are also quite strict with their colours and quality so if there is even a slight mismatch or wrong twist/ breakage, in the discount bin it goes.

It is my dream to go yarn shopping in Norway and go to all the mills! Smita from Your Next Knit in West Vancouver (online store) carries several Hillesvag yarns including the unspun! I made the Petiteknit Ingrid out of the Tinde in a slightly darker green held with KFO mohair in bottle green and it is just stunning.
