We are regular NCL customers and always Haven guests. We just completed a Spain to NYC transatlantic on the Prima. If you think the Breakaway plus class Haven is great, youll be blown away by the Prima Class. The private elevators on Prima for Haven guests only is the best yet. A few bits of advice , #1 Make sure you meet your Haven Butler on day 1 and get his phone number , reason these guys tend to disappear. On day one the Butler upon request is suppose to unpack for you and familiarize you with the cabin. #2 The phone in the Haven is designed to be carried around and can be used to call the Butlers and Consigniers anywhere on the ship to respond to any wants or needs 24 /7. Make sure you get your Consigniers phone numbers also. The Butlers seem to forget to tell you this perk #3 on Breakaway class Havens avoid the very front and very aft Haven suites. Reason the Breakaway class only has mid ship elevators and the walk to the elevators is never ending , then add in room steward carts and other passengers in the narrow hallways. Prima class does not have this problem. I say go Haven or stay home. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR THE VIDEO.

The holding room in NYC terminal looks like a school cafeteria. This is a nice lounge. I hope you had the best time ever, and the Haven is the best way to cruise!

I just looked back through all of my freestyle daily’s for that cruise and we did not! I’m not sure if it’s because of the noise ordinance in Alaska or they just didn’t have anything. Lots of things to do indoors but no big outdoor theme nights

Hi Lee! We took a taxi from the airport it was super easy and was about $20 per person (there were 4 of us and a lot of luggage!) it was about a 20 min drive… you will have the best time on this cruise it’s absolutely stunning 🐋

Hi, we are going on the Bliss to Alaska in August and staying in the haven. Can I ask what was the duck all about? We have done fish extenders on the Disney cruises before and thought it may be something fun ( if it’s a thing)… we’ve only ever cruised disney. 🇬🇧 Thanks

We just learned about the duck thing recently too 😂 people hide ducks all over the ship with their names, what cruise they were on and what date for other people to find! It’s a fun little hide and seek while you’re walking around the ship. We hid about 10 of ours and found 3 that other people hid 😁 Enjoy your upcoming cruse! The Haven is the best 💗

Yes usually that is true! But apparently they were having a hard time getting some people in the Haven off the ship they explained lol so we had to wait for the “all clear” … we were still escorted onboard by 10:45am so it’s wasn’t bad !
