Big hint if you don't like the hash brown patties cold; run them through the chain toaster!!! You're welcome! Oh, and watch those toasters; people don't know what they're doing and adjust them, they're usually running really slow and toast burns, or fast and doesn't brown. Unfortunately the staff members on the Joy had no idea either, I had to show them.

There are sugar free food and pasta and whole wheat bread?

They definitely have sugar free foods available, but we're not sure about whole wheat bread. There is also pasta available, but we don't think any of it is sugar free.

Can you take food off the line and back to your room?

In the past (pre-COVID) we were able to take our plate/food to wherever we liked: room, poolside, other venues, etc. We're not sure if that will change or not when NCL starts sailing again.

Is there a coffee shop?

There are coffee machines, but not a dedicated coffee shop. There's also a bar you might be able to get some coffee from, but your best bet is the Atrium Cafe. They have a lot to offer.

Do they have indian cuisine at eascape's garden cafe ?

We were just on the ship again in December and they did have Indian food on the buffet. It wasn't a complete section of the buffet, but it was several dishes each meal.
