This food looks a lot better than the MDR fare we were presented with on the Encore a couple of weeks ago 🤢. I actually wrote the company and complained.

That's some good-looking food there. But some of your captions are suspicious. At 4:07, it should say “Cajun-Spiced Shrimp & Grits with Bacon,” at 5:36, the dessert does not appear to have any ingredients from a Snickers bar in it, and at 7:18, the key lime dessert is not a parfait, but looks like cake. Hi, Chrissy! We always try to list what the name is from the ship's menu. That is why the "Cajun-Spiced Shrimp & Bacon" seems a bit odd. The menu does list grits as part of the meal, but not part of the title: flic.kr/p/2e6EBXH. The "Snickers Pound Cake" has small Snickers pieces in the actual pound cake. Most of that is under the ice cream, but you can see a darker brown section of it just above the ice cream in the photo. The "Key Lime Parfait" is more of a European parfait (similar to ice cream) than an American parfait (with granola, etc. in a glass). The lunch menu provides more detail: flic.kr/p/2e6EBWF. Yes, they mentioned the grits as if it were a side item, instead of an integral part of the dish. Also, in the "parfait," what I thought was cake has to be a frozen ice cream-like dessert, even though it doesn't look like it. Thanks for the clarifications!

There's never a guarantee, but we've always had good luck ordering an appetizer portion of a dinner entree.
