the bottom of the carb is scraping the tire when its spinning. the tire expands outwards (centrifugal force) and since your carb is basically allready scraping the tire as is, its more like to be scraping when its driving (fast)

+Dominik Maczuga yeah i think the higher the fuel pressure the better from what i read i should be even higher around 6psi butt at the moment i can't get that high ... i have fuel pressure safety switch wich would shut off the system for safety if fuel pressure is below 2 psi but i think i will need to replace the fuel taps to have a better fuel supply to the pump and a fully charged battery ... with these new fittings and maybe a new gauge i think it should be possible to achieve 6 psi :) and around 1100 psi nitrous pressure .

So quick question. Which Nitrous Express Proton system are you running? Is it a the universal EFI kit. because those systems are made to run on roughly 32-42lbs of fuel pressure. Also how are you going about getting your jetting info. if you need any info on jetting please let me know, I'll be more than happy to help you out with that. I can't wait to see the Dyno video.

+Adam Clark its a proton kit made for single cilinder small engine's up to 100 cc ... it has 5 sets of jets 16-18, 18-20 , 20-22 ,22-24,24-26 i'm currently running 20nx and 22 fuel jets ... i think i have a fuel pressure problem im gonna install new fuel tank and new fuel taps i think they are clogged a bit or there is a air bubble in the system ... before i made the video i almost had 3 psi fuel pressure ... wich is the most i ever had , probly because of the hard fittings and new fuel fittings and line wich dont expand as much an thus create more presssure ... butt i'm still thinking about improving the system ... i would like a fuel pressure regulator ,custom aluminium fuel tank , high flow taps , and a fuel pressure safety switch ... also need a purge system ... butt currently i'm safing up for new engine block and mychron 5 datalogger ... so the nitrous systen will stay like this first ... i hope on making 5-10 hp reliable with the systen when i get everything figured out ...

I would find out from NX what the requirement for fuel pressure are. Just from what I just read it's 6psi. Also I would run race gas in the fuel cell if you do a separate fuel system for the system.

+Adam Clark yeah thats what i saw as well ... maybe its cus the tank on my scooter and pump or lower then the solenoid ... wich makes it harder to pump it up and thats why i loose pressure ... also would like to make a tank with 2 seperate inner tanks like you say so i dont get the pump sucking away fuel from normal tap ... now i have 2 taps on the same fuel tank ... and yeah i deffinetly need some race gas ... never tried it always just ran pump 98 with oil mixed ...

+zip stunter definitely worth running. I'd run VP Race Fuels "T2" it's pre mixed at 40:1 or get the "C50" which is mixed at 50:1. Also there shouldn't be a problem with the pump being Lower than the solenoid. I would check your pre filter or only have a filter on the post side of the pump to keep trash out of the solenoid. but you'll get it fixed. good luck
