Wow her nose turned out so perfect as I've seen in Ashley's recent shorts! I really like her cute button nose :) great surgery work! And to all those negative comments : it's her body and her decision. Yes, she was beautiful before AND after. All those judgy comments is why people feel insecure about themselves in the first place and definitely do not help or change anyone's mind about PS. If it makes her feel more confident & happier and she's informed herself about all the risks etc. then let it be her choice. She's glowing now and seems very happy in her videos!
