This situation I approve, but most cosmetic surgery is pointless. I know a lot of people that should first have surgery on their brains and love themselves than have cookie-cut noses and balloons on their chests. I have an unhealthy prejudice for vacuous people, and this is almost always a sign that they are shallow, sad people with nothing lasting but fading looks and self-steam. I approve of any procedure that is necessary, but gratuitous butchery is a no no.
@DarkKittycat6 жыл бұрын
gladly people dont live to get your approval, its sad that you judge people based on if they do or dont adjust their appearance without even having the slightest sense of context of why they do it, it just makes you the sad, shallow, superficial, damaged person stuck with your own suffering and now projecting it on people that did nothing to you and owe you no explanation at all. Keep your approval and no-noes to yourself, you are not the pope and nobody asked for your christian advice.
@thegingerbreadman51496 жыл бұрын
I know I am in the wrong. It just saddens me that the surgeons don’t ask first if the problem with someone is not their appearance but their mental health. I loved Big Ang in Mom Wives, and Joan Rivers, but I can’t pinpoint exactly when I started to see plastic surgery as evil, maybe when in my childhood one of our greatest singers was maimed with liposuction, or another died on the operating room. My Mom had surgery when she was little on her feet because the littlest toes were on top, but she said she didn’t mind, and that everyone is beautiful by their actions not their looks. My Grandma is old and pretty, fat, with a double chin, and wrinkles, but she smiles as if she were still the prettiest girl in the neighbourhood. I only ever saw plastic surgery on the people that needed in documentaries, or on really shallow people, that saw age as a crime, or particular noses as not pretty in my hometown, and it was also a sign of classism and discrimination. I have no prejudice for the obese, or different races or cultures, nor the poor or rich, atheists, or religious, almost not in any circumstance but on this, because it was ingrained in me, and I just need to learn to love this people. I would date a trans person, someone without a feet, someone without an eye, as long as I fancy them, but someone with plastic, unnecessary surgery still think a horrible thought at the back of my head, if they have not love themselves as they are, would they love someone else? I was enraged when my flat chested cousin, the prettiest girl there is!!! was being peer-pressured into thinking on the possibility of surgery, I judged very hardly their friends, who are truly vacuous, all about appearances and few things wholesome, but I know I shouldn’t, and I feel bad.
@DarkKittycat6 жыл бұрын
I think the real problem is the urge to think black or white, you want it to be good or bad, that leaves you conflicted. You gotta think in color. On top of that you are comparing it to a different time period where it was really uncommon to get plastic surgery, nowadays its a really a common thing to get your nose or boobs done if you dont have any and there is no reason to shame anyone for that. In the news and media you only hear the crazy stories while most of the time you get a really normal result. You get confronted with your face and boobs a lot as a woman, not just by men but even more by fashion when you go shopping, to have things fit you well while shopping is the main reason why women do it. And you should really know this: it makes people truly happier about themselves, studies have shown it even makes them happier than therapy could ever do. So i dont see a reason why you would hate on your flat chested niece as she already endured a lot of nondeserved judgement from society for being flat in the first place, its not her fault. Its always better to solve the problem and stop stressing, because stress can cause a numerous amount of diseases. And trans people do the most plastic surgery, they are even the least accepting towards themselves. But that doesnt mean they dont respect themselves or love themselves, you cant just judge that based on what they do to their appearance because loving yourself is purely dependent having the correct standards that are ingrained in their personality (not lying, being loyal, following your standards, being around good people, not hurting others, believing in what is the right thing to do, taking care of your soul= loving yourself). Plastic surgery is just as 'bad' as getting bracers on your teeth. You should really look up what it means to love yourself, because it really has nothing to do with plastic surgery or looks even. If you are ugly and are forcing yourself to think you are not then you are just lying to yourself while you are still exposing yourself to the stress that it comes with. Some people really dont mind to be ugly, thats amazing for them, but some people really do and its better for them to solve the problem, it has to do with how good their childhood was, its not their fault. But you seem young so dont beat yourself up for it, just learn new things and you will understand everything better.

Watch video of people that have lost their entire nose to cancer or the lady that lost her face to a chimpanzee attack. There are many other suffering too. I think that even if your nose is very bad you should not give up. You have life and that is the main thing. Women don't just care about looks but if you focus on your looks they will too. So you have a home to provide for a family? Can you find a wife in a different area? Can you save up to get some treatment on your nose? Can you leave you city, town, state, country or go elsewhere for a new start? You didn't provide any details but the fact that you are on KZbin lets me know thar you are financially better off than someone people in this world that still cannot get a cellphone or have access to internet. These doctors talking here are just in it for the money, and making sure people are insecure helps 2. This lady had plastic surgery on her cheeks and under her chin too. So this bitch has $ and cares about looks. Of all the stuff they worked on, her nose looked completely fake. So yeah completely overhaul her face and take off the fake as fuck nose and it looks like a happy ending. I didn't suggest her nose looked good before. I'm merely pointing out the fact the doctor said he barely recognized her because she looks so great. Which begs the question: What if he did recognize her? How would he describe her? His compliment is like almost like a back-handed compliment. I'm sure he meant well and there wasn't any maliciousness. It's just an interesting sentence he used which maybe be a little more telling than he perhaps realizes. He's basically saying her nose defined her, which may or may not be true, but it's not something you need to tell someone. She also isn't just a nose. She has eyes and hair and a face. So if he said "you looked great before but look much better now" you can attributed the "looking great before" to her other better attributes like hair or eyes but now the nose job makes her look better. I guess it's just trying to be respectful and nice to a person.

Mister Pink ...what you wrote here is a signal of a bigger issue. It is the instant attachment to a slightly less than perfect political correctness of an honest statement. It is clear..to all..that this person is also eyes..mouth..ears and hair...not a single person needs to remind anyone of that. The simple fact is that the feature...was the dramatic surgical / treatment intervention. It is very clear that nobody dehumanized her before the treatment..or after the treatment...and the policing of precise expressions of surprise..or evaluation of a procedure in measure to the “humanity..and dignity” of the person who is the recipient of the treatment...is not necessary..not welcome..and seems to use political correctness as a weapon..to simply show how much more others have to evolve before they become the enlightened purveyor of these shaming sentiments... ...it is you that needs to take a deep..deep look in the mirror and ask yourself what is causing you to make others feel ugly about their sincere expressions of human curiosity and genuine surprise....in the form of happiness for someone who went through a tough time and is now again happy....thats the only story here...nothing else...

I'm not giving medical advice, just offering information for you to RESEARCH if you want to. Inflammation may have something to do with this, it usually is involved with diseases. So find out how you can reduce inflammation, foods you eat, stop smoking if you do, stop drinking liquor, always get plenty of sleep, reduce stress, take nutritional supplements, etc. I think I've heard that some of the people following the carnivore diet have resolved their rosacea (the less severe form, but you have to start somewhere). Dr. Shawn Baker shares videos of people's testimonials. Best of luck to you.
@w1975b4 жыл бұрын
This would require a lot of effort on your part, but you wouldn't have to find a doctor and spend lots of money on medical treatment. Consider it another option, you still have the option of medical treatment if you decide later.

The lady had plastic surgery done to her chin and neck too, which they don't mention. Just compare the before and after photos at 2:22 . What bothers me about that is that they're giving viewers the false impression that the lady's improved looks were just the result of Accutane, collagen injections, and laser treatment to her nose. In reality, she had additional plastic surgery that cost probably at least $5000. Why does that bother me? Because it might give some people, with similar medical conditions, false hope. They might get the impression that all they need to do is see a dermatologist to get this lady's results. However, they might be very disappointed to learn they'll have to find thousands of dollars to see a plastic surgeon too. Basically, someone who looks like this lady (before, not after) is screwed unless they have $10,000+ for all the necessary treatment.

Looks like she got a fat reduction. Dunno though they said the laser helped tighten the skin. Maybe the doctor used it on her neck too? Whatever she did wasn’t a surgical procedure to her bone structure, just less fat. Maybe she worked out and started taking better care of herself once she started to get the laser on her nose?

Is it really plastic surgery? I though they got rid of the acne and cyst that were on her face. And the tightened her skin.

The grand priest Yes anything cosmetically done is considered plastic surgery.

@@hughjass5125 plastic surgery is surgery that adds plastic or whatever to your body. What she had wasn't plastic surgery.

I like the plastic surgeon's face. Obviously she had work done because no one can look that smooth at her age naturally(if it is possible, ut's very rare) but whatever she did to her face looks so natural. Some ladies don't look normal anymore after they get plastic surgery @_@

yes she is so beautiful and looks very natural. smooth skin.. that backs up her job as a dermatologist and laser experts. Many dermatologists in my area dont look like a doctor let alone dermatologist .

Right? If I walked in to a dermatologist's office and saw someone with skin like that, I'd trust them immediately. She is legit her own best advertisement.
