Leperkim is made by ex begode employees and they've always been fighting. Leaperkim won a case against begode for the commander pro infringing on the Sherman s. The sad thing is in motion used to be the euc manufacturer who was trying to be the peace maker, now they're being litigious too.

Great channel, So this company is basically building a Leaperkim S22 with more suspension travel. It’s like Buick sourcing parts from Chevy. They’re not designing any electronics. They’re just making a frame with more suspension and using the same battery packs that everybody else uses. Doesn’t sound like it’s going to fit the majority of riders who ride on the street. There’s also another company out there just like it. It’s called extreme bull. Just my opinion.

Hard to say if they are using "proven" parts from existing LK wheels or if it's all new, but just outsourced to LK. I can't wait to learn more though personally 🥳

Jack, if your reading this...are you just concentrating on EUCs made for trail riding or are there any future plans on making a EUC made for the other riders looking unto buying their first EUCs. I think this market needs attention too, as there's only a few companies that focuses on this type. Anyway, looking forward to the future of your company Jack.

Welp, after the v11 my second wheel was a patton, which i didn't enjoy, then a SS whichbi liked, but sold and just got am etmax. Well, after 300km i traded the et max for my old patton and now having the experience of heavy 20" wheels im loving the patton. So ill be waiting for something 35kg and under with torque and suapension, probably gonna take some time. Basically im waiting for a Patton with all the magnesium as the lynx and a solid state battery :) The 50+kg 60mph+ market does not interest me any more. Also, imho, while riding a light wheel, you feel as more or less one part, while you really have to manhandle the etmax.

Based on a photo I've seen of the sides, it looks like it'll be more similar to the way Begode wheels go up and down on side pillars.

Thats what I'm wondering, motorcycles have had real oil dampened forks for 75 years. That's what needs to be used for suspension, not some cheap open slider and linkage.

Given Leaperkim was started by ex Begode engineers/employees I imagine it is about IP theft. I think it would be the same in any country. Even if the ex employees did not take files they take the knowledge they gained in working for the company they set up in competition with. Does anyone know specifics of this case?

@@AJames-jr8kw I reached out to Linnea (LK's owner) about it this case between BG/IM and LK. She confirmed the lawsuit was happening, but didn't have the specifics herself, she just said that BG is constantly trying to sue them to force them to stop making EUCs and she said that they'll never make them stop. But the suits are stupid if you ask me - the first one was when BG sued LK about including pads on the Sherman S, and won. LK sued BG For basically creating EB and copying the Sherman line, and won. I don't know what this new one is about though.

Weird about the pads. I remember all those years ago when Kuji first made his own pads out blocks of foam. I guess he didn't patent the idea (why would you?) but Begode must have. Patents are supposed to be "new, novel and show and inventive thought" but lately the patent offices never check the prior art. Take the applicants word and let prior art owners fight it out in court.

It’s Always China Folks Making New Products. This First EUC From This Manufacture May Seem Impressive. It’s All Hype Until The Second One Comes Out. So Just Be Aware. This First One Will Have A Lot Difference,But It Will Be Cheap. After The Customer Complaints Comes In. You Will See Lots Of Improvements On The Second One To Try Too Keep There Customer Base Going.

In todays world of mostly "over promise and under deliver" and so many startup failures, it is hard to be optimistic until one sees the product. Along as they fix the cheapo gyroscope that’s been causing problems with the lynx I’ll buy it immediately. If yall didn’t know one of the main reasons the lynx has been having issues with dipping and berms is because of the cheap gyroscope they use that’s designed for cell phone use and not high g force.

i think you are totally wrong with the SIDE PAD... ITS JUST BECAUSE THERES NO PLATE LIKE THAT IN THE GRIZZLA MARKET (for example) and theres no toe lock, in deed it should go the other way around.
