Dude that's awesome! I am looking forward to whenever MFS2020 will have helicopters, which will be the closest I will ever be to what you are doing :) It will be so cool to be able to explore the whole planet

Thanks! Yeah, the lack of helis in MSFS2020 is very disappointing... The Huey in DCS and the Bell 407 (paid 3rd party module) in X-Plane 11 are both very realistic simulators and worth giving a try. Also, you could always give a real life TIF (trial introductory flight) a go ;)

@@Chang739 Yeah that would be pretty cool, so you pay for only one lesson right? with no ground training? I fly the Huey in DCS and I love it, only the scenery is not looking good from low altitude so I hope MSFS2020 will fill that need :)

@@ganaelschneider Yes, you go up with an instructor and they let you fly under supervision. This is typically used for joy flight experiences or 'try before you buy' for licenses

Cool i'll look that up then! :)

Hey man! Just discovered your channel and love this video, I am currently at 12 hours into my training and found this so inspiring, it must be amazing to take those solo flights and go explore! Thanks for the videos! Where are you up to now in your journey?

On the home stretch! 30 hours to go and then the CPL flight test. 100% recommend smashing your theory exams first before putting any more hours in (im assuming you're in Aus). Thanks for the kind words :)

Chang739 Man that’s awesome! I’m actually in the UK studying for the EASA PPL but like you I plan to continue onto CPL. I gotta do the Air Law exam and 20 hours before I can fly solo so I’m gonna really try to crack on with those exams at this point. What’s your plan after the CPL exam, more hour building? I’ve heard it’s hard to get work on low hours here so I’m not sure if it’s the same there?
