Thank you so much for these videos they really help and there is hardly any information about how to start or operate these businesses! Secondly how would you find out who owns these signs? I see some around towns that look abandoned and need some tlc that maybe can be purchased. How do I come up with a value to offer

Yes, In Virginia you can email the state (VDOT) the permit number on the sign and they’ll tell you who owns it. It’s public information.

Wouldn’t you need to get the permit from the sign owner to be able to build a new sign as well as work out a new agreement with the land owner?
