Instead of building a new digital build board, you ever see a used board available elsewhere for purchase, and relocate it?

I actually had a power company that wanted me to move my billboard because I was 16" too close to their power lines. I took a saw zaw and cutting torches to the site and hacked off the one side of the board. They are like a government entity and can be difficult to deal with at times. I feel your pain!

I see you have a camera that faces the billboard, explain the reason and use of that camera.

Mostly just to prove to the advertising client that we have their ad posted. The cameras have a time and date stamp on them as well.
