My favorite part about this channel is how you don't add music, you don't edit the audio out, you just have it 100% real, laid back, and natural. It's so relaxing to just sit back and enjoy some time out on the water and then in the kitchen

Heck yeah !!! You have motivated me to try a little different version. Toasted sesame seed bun your fish burger and tiger sauce and tarter sauce. Wow!!

Guys, grill/caramelize the onions and jalapeno first in the cast iron skillet. Then add them into the mix with the fresh chopped green onions. This will allow you to cook it hotter and faster to give you that nice crispy outer surface while cooking the center. So use a more medium temp and avocado oil (which has a higher cook point). Substitute the yellow mustard with 1/2 of what you added in volume using honey mustard. Use 1/2 the mayo you used and add softened butter to make up the volume. Add a table spoon of corn starch and about 3 tbl spoons of all purpose flour, while still adding the bread crumbs (or use Panko instead). Salt, pepper, garlic powder and onion powder (or use Everglades seasoning) For the aloe, use the honey mustard instead or yellow mustard and then add olive oil, cilantro and fresh baby spinach and a few sun dried tomatoes into the blender before buzzing it up. That will bring it all up to the next level!

Well. You’ve swayed me. I’ve always been a filet guy when it comes to fish, Ive always been very skeptical of doing anything different like your (and/or Will’s) fish cakes. But I have to say, I took a leap of faith and made it. Was expecting to throw it in the trash. But I was blown away! The only thing I changed was that I used Dijon mustard and topped it with Remoulade.

we used to take the back end of a scaler and run it down the backbones of kingfish when we caught alot of them and chop up the scrapings to make fish burgers. They were excellent. Glad the trend continues. Cudas are tasty and usually good to eat if they are small.

I was skeptical about barracuda until I finally gave it a chance! shot about 50lbs of barracuda and donated it to st Mary’s soup kitchen. It was a hit there too!

I once tried barracuda stuffed with cheese and fried in Belize. I think they cut a thick filet and put cheese in it and pinned it closed with toothpicks. I believe it was cheddar. And I'd definitely eat it again. The day I spent trolling there the guide kept all 5 or 6 cudas we caught. The biggest was probably 3'. Caught a 4' wahoo as the sun set that day and they fried it too. Sad. I wanted some raw and some grilled. It would have been better. But the cuda with cheese was great as I recall.
