I have the stubby on the older model Milwaukee and use it for the car and truck really great product!

The newer one is almost certainly TPU :-)

Yes, when I talked to Jaxe MFG, he told me it was TPU, or something like that and it was harder for him to work with, but the product was better when completed. I like the rubbery feel of it. Makes a lot of sense for this application.
