Oisin Hughes Un"freaking"believable. I'm always paranoid about them. My friends get angry sometimes because I Always insist on having my bags on me or next to me, but I don't carry all the gear you do. I also never use their trunk so they cannot hold them hostage for more money. Here's a contrast in various people around the world...I fell asleep waiting for the overnight bus from Tokyo to Kyoto and my camera slipped out of my pocket onto the seat. Someone turned it in and I retrieved it on future trip.

I can't believe that a taxi driver who befriends you then steels from you. Most Latin Americans are brought up Christian, his morals went out the window, shame really. Not all are the same.

***** for sure - this guy was the exception - as a tourist driving a bmw you can tend to draw the wrong sort sometimes - but it was a one off.
