When I worked subway as a kid, my manager had us weigh the chicken out in trays, and would tell us to use less than the standard portions because her bonuses were based on food cost. She only let employees have a 6 inch sub, and the old big cheesesteak was not allowed.

The worst sandwich I was asked to make was from this couple who came in and they both ordered a sandwich with, no joke, every single meat option we had except the cold cut combo. Search it up. Subway also has way more sodium than other fast food places which isn't good and once you add sauces and cheeses and meats all those fat,sodium, and calories add up. One sub has almost 1.9k sodium which is basically you're daily amount.
