So, if this IS part of your site and not public property ... what's the difference between a legitimate Visitor, an UNAUTHORISED Visitor and a TRESPASSER ??? ... If someone is lost or in need of medical attention and they pop in to ask for help, do you call them a trespasser and physically remove them from site ? Presumably, all of those cars at the businesses behind the hotel have had their dash-cams disabled or removed and all cell phones of people entering site have had the cameras disabled !!!

Buildings look different from the several 1939 aerial photos available. Great video DJ! ⭐⭐⭐👍 (aerial photos on Britain From Above site 🤣 ) Victoria Industrial Estate used to be the Ducon Works of Dubilier Condenser Co. c. 1925. Dubilier manufactured capacitors for radar, radio, and television, and EMC filters. The access road was the same, two storey office block occupied the Travelodge footprint and behind it a 3 bay warehouse, 9 bay factory and out building at the VMI end. Other buildings and plant beside the office block. Gate house about the same spot as the current. Graces Guide notes the company changed ownership several times in the 70s & 80s with last detail 1988. Didn't note when the Ducon Works closed. Prior to the Ducon Works the industrial estate was occupied by a brick works in the early 1900s The land was agricultural in the 1800s. Just north was the Rotax factory which manufactured electric motors for automotive industry. Their second factory (30s-70s) was located on Chase Lane and block redeveloped in the 90s with CEVA, site of AB and DJ's earlier North Acton videos.
