I just wanted to say that i identify a lot with you! Your worry about social anxiety and trying to overcome it is really beautiful in a sense that you're getting to know yourself better, and I'm pretty sure the psychologist will help you with that! I'm having therapy for 1 year and it has been the best thing I could've done for myself. Not all days need to be super exciting and spent doing a lot of things. When you're alone, even though it might seem boring, it is also rewarding, because you get to know what you like and don't like to do! I'm loving your videos, just found your channel today, and I'm really glad i did ❤‍🩹
