So there is this woman at work who I know really hates me but tries to pretend to like me. I have caught her rolling her eyes so many times while I was talking to others. Then she runs to our supervisor with lies about me by twisting my words. Next thing I know my supervisor is giving me attitude. Unfortunately anything can make a person feel jealous or intimidated. Men have huge egos. If you threaten their ego (even unintentionally) they will not be attracted to you. I think it's best to be with someone on the same level or higher than you. Years ago I was in a relationship with a guy who didn't go to college. Plus he was always changing jobs. After I told him that I could not see a future with a man that couldn't hold down a job, he turned things around. Unfortunately, he became very arrogant once he started to achieve some success. He started disrespecting me because I valued him enough to help him. I learned from that experience (and many others) that people don't value those who support and encourage them; I now just look out for myself and act in my own best interest.

I do enjoy tuning into your channel from time to time. I like what you got to say on certain topics. You're simple and direct in your videos, and I prefer that as a way of delivering a message, because it's to the point, and it shows you're not afraid to just say what needs to be said. To comment on what you said, I think the best thing to do is be gracious to everyone. Sometimes it will cause a person to change their attitude toward you, the ones who don't like you, and sometimes it won't, and that's okay, because how they treat you is a choice that they themselves have to make, as do you. But by doing such, always being gracious, even if they decide not to return it, you still leave a good testimony as to your character by doing so. And yes, of course there are going to be people in your life that hate and dispise you, but then we are all an asshole in somebody's book. But still I say always be gracious, because whatever you put out into the world, it will come back, in ways you perhaps don't always expect. Slaughter said it best: "If I knew then what I know now, I'd tell you that the story is true, cuz whatever you do, it comes back to you."
