NOT Haulover Inlet - Vessels in Rough Seas - Boats at Jupiter Inlet

No this is not Haulover Inlet, this is Jupiter Inlet. The conditions were rough last weekend which made for great boat watching. A nice variety of boats went threw the inlet despite the rough seas and big angry waves. Can you guess the manufacture before the prompt drops? I gave a little more time between boat make so you can challenge yourself. There were a few that I did not know the manufacture, if you know the make let me know in the comments below.

I thought Johnson was an American made outboard, is this true? We see a lot over here in Australia, but the Japanese brands probably dominate the market. That said we see a lot of Evinrudes and Mercs as well

I had a 19 foot Key West I bought new in 1995 that looked just like that one you called an eighteen foot minus the little electric bass fishing motor up front.

Neither inlet qualifies for a USCG surf station... Neither has a breaking bar

Eric & Elisa Hammond Wright that’s actually what makes it more dangerous. You have a higher volume of inexperienced boaters trying to cross. Bigger isn’t the only factor. 6ft waves stacked close together will sink a bit really quick!

@@mikeperez8 oh, don't get me wrong - I would take a west coast 12 foot break with a 15 second wave period over a six foot chop any day... But get an 8 to10 foot break with a 6 or 7 second period and it's certain death to anyone not in a motor lifeboat
