After the terrible death of baby O, through obvious negligence,not deliberate harm, it’s hard to understand why no comment has been made about this. Breareys behaviour after this appalling negligence is very concerning. He must have been fully aware of what he’d done? If not he’s far more negligent than we ever imagined. He either must sue for libel, or be interviewed by police over this death? Surly establishment can’t just choose to ignore it? Dr Evan states in one interview after another “ I couldn’t think of anything else!” The hubris of this doctor is astounding!

Thank you for this powerful presentation. Whereas the real experts world wide are able to explain, it would be interesting to ask many questions about the police and their actions...such as 8 investigating officers. What was each one tasked to do? How was everything co-ordinated, etc. Im even suspicious of how or if they did use LL under false pretences initially. Their presentations to the public are far too squeaky clean and for me,orchestrated. What role ( if any) did the Prosecutors office play in this psychology bashing of the public perceptions? I believe this must be investigated....

Michael McDonald promised a document with the analysis of the two neonatalogists to be scrutinized by the public. I am surprised this has apparently not been done yet. Is the document available in the Thirlwall inquiry?

That's not what he said at all. He said, we believe our reports will stand up to scrutiny, and are happy for the reports to be subject to expert critical analysis. The reports are now submitted and there shall be no further public comment on those reports.
