Fun Fact: The scene with Melissa and Jesse on the bed was orginally meant to be the turning point in their relationship and Mellisa’s character, but then Jesse decided at the last minute not to change her into someone nice and instead made that happen with Uncle Chris later on in the series

I feel like he could have honestly did that with both characters maybe.. Melissa clearly has an abusive relationship with her husband, and has a ton in common with Jesse's family. She's a drinker because of her dysfunctional family, while Jesse is just mentally traumatized from his family. The fact that they are so similar could had made them eventually really good friends, almost made no sense to change that till I found out why he decided to do so. She did make a really fun antagonist though.

@@matttheman9740 I 100 percent agree! even though he uncle Chris somewhat stood up for Jesse at the end, even then his character was still being a jackass about the whole thing, not mention when uncle Chris gave Jesse money from Warrior’s truck to get out of his dad’s house he went blew it all on giveaway prizes😂looking back on it now Jesse should’ve made Melissa the good one in the end and made uncle Chris the main villain instead switching back and forth between the two, And your right that it could have brought them together the fact that her and Jesse were both broken and abused people just in different ways, Uncle Chris did suit his character and played the role to a tee though, RIP

Uncle George's comments were so ridiculous, I've lost all respect for him. He needs to defend his own and not worry about what his friends at work think. The "King of the House" comment was also really ignorant. Maintaining the house is a team effort. Aunt Melissa's bottle throwing tantrum was bad but she was also drunk at the time. I definitely think it was nice seeing this side of Aunt Melissa. As mentioned in previous videos, I can definitely see the theme of imperfect relationships and how not everything is as it seems.
