Salt - a pinch
Butter - 100g / 3.5oz
Egg - 1 piece
Sugar - 2 tbsp.
Sour cream filling:
Eggs - 2 pcs
Sugar - 90 grams / 6 tbsp.
Vanilla sugar - 1 tbsp.
Sour cream (natural yogurt) - 300 grams / 10.5 ounces
Starch - 2 tbsp.
Blueberries - 200 grams / 7.0 ounces
Bake at 180°C (356~°F) 45 - 50 minutes
