Pretty sure 'prerecorded' means he isn't streaming live gameplay but a video of a game that he already played while acting on camera. If he was doing that, he'd already know what would happen so insane/crazy/lucky predictions (like calling that Bloodlust) would be staged for effect/clicks/views/whatever. At this point tho, it's more of an in-joke than anything else. Especially the shoe-on-head thing.
