I didn't know that either, but I never played the mage quest before except in monster hunt. I think you can excuse people for not knowing that. And I have been playing this game for like 2 years! Or more... if you count back in the day where I kinda wasn't really playing it...

I've been playing hearthstone a long time and like to think I'm considerably knowledgeable about all of its mechanics, and I never knew this. It's not obvious as people are trying to claim that it is, especially if you have rarely/never played quest mage (I've only played it rarely).

Hearthstone is hard for casuals.. i tried playing shittons during witchwood to gain more cards but the moment i started getting the hang of it with nice collection ..boomsday arrived. same story with kobolds and lich king. and now i have like 2 legendaries from this expansion and i'm just doing the dailies.. wondering if i should just keep all the gold for the next expansion

Try crafting Wizzbang the Wonderful, he will keep the game interesting and fair without the need for a collection for at least another year. It's worth crafting, I even crafted him in gold :D Haven't crafted anything else. Very good card for casuals.

And this, my friend, is why you pick quest and double time every"time" you play Toki Time tinkerer in the monster hunt. Three turns or four turns (IF you have two double time which DOES happen) is like preetty stronk.

Artifact has a huge opportunity tbh. There is a ton of fatigue on Hearthstone, Savjz isn't the only tired bored to death and after all these years, Blizzard still fucks up all the time with their balance and consistency. Not to mention the absurd cost of the game. If Artifact is good, there will be many people switching. Im already in love with the Artifact's monetization. The fact that I can buy the cards I want to play right away instead of spending months grinding quests with decks im sick off, is enough reason for me to switch.

Artifact will for at least a while when it comes out as all the people who are sick of hearthstone flock to it. But then who knows if they will come back to hearthstone sooner or later? It seems to have happened with some other potential competitors, such as Gwent and the elder scrolls legends.

Don't know if you've tried it but Elder Scrolls: Legends is super fun and much more about player decisions then the decks just playing themselves. If you haven't heard of it then you should give it a try. It's also coming to consoles soon so that should cause a viewership boost.

Magic the Gathering is the TCG in the world, but most people play it face to face and do not watch streams outside of tournaments. There are very few MTG twitch streamers and Magic Online is very small, so as actually making a living its not popular enough to be viable. Same goes for other card games that defiantly have a large fan base playing the game but very few watching, honestly Savj should look into other career paths other then streaming such as something similar to what his wife does.
