Great job getting that concrete in. The cows will all think they are ‘uptown’ now. And I could not help chuckling when I watch Sonny run around. Those short little legs but he’s so fast. And he obviously loves being wherever you snd Brian are when you’re working. I would say he hasn’t had a bad day since he went to live on Sonne Farms.

Evening " The Sonne Chain Gang " ! Suggestion to Brian , not trying to tell him how to suck eggs as the saying goes Don't use wheat straw for pregnant Cows , I had a customer with an Aberdeen ANGUS herd in ABERDEENSHIRE, had 7 abortions out of 70 cows , which we tied down to mould on wheat seeds that were unthreshed. Loved seeing pup jump when you drove in post so inquisitive Regards Brian Dawson Edinburgh Scotland 😎 Feeding cattle, calved cows Uncle JEFFS pigs should be tickety boo

Was really looking forward to seeing how this turned out.. My alley way is in the dirt and I've thought of putting it on concrete but was worried about cows sliding around.. (I'd still use railroad ties that are way quicker to throw down and form because they don't move though. :) ) So i'm watching to see how yours do.. It was nice seeing them using a proper slump mud instead of the internet water crazed mixture of a 10 slump and finished with a shoe lace..

Have yaz every thought about swapping out a tractor to 1 with front linkage and running triple mower's instead of a windrower? 1 less engine to maintain, and the triples would eat what the crops you mow? 7r jd with loader and front links be a nice planter, mower, baler and loader tractor. The swiss army knife of tractor's. Just a idea & my 2cents. The concrete going to be nice for the handling system. Cheers & beer's guy's from kiwi land! 👍🏻🍻🚜🐂🔧🇳🇿
