Not So Old Cuban
A twist on the Old Cuban which is often reminds me that sparkling wine and rum is an underrated combo.
Like with many classics it can be fun to play around with using different syrups, bitters etc. maybe you’ll find something extremely tasty or maybe you’ll find something that really doesn’t work. This keeps things exciting right?
45ml Rum
12.5ml Orgeat
20ml Lime juice
3 Dashes Peychaud’s bitters
6 Mint leaves
Too sparkling wine
Mint garnish
OG old Cuban calls for champagne & Use a Cuban rum if you’re a purist, works great with the classic aged rum too
