The fact we are all comfortable reaching out to each other epitomises the meaning of your channel. You and Shelley have been there for us in the darkest times . You certainly saved me! Rick I am feeling your pain, because I`ve been there mate. 38 years ago I was forced into walking out on my 2 beautiful daughters, who were 5 and 3 years old at the time, because of a evil wife who tried to to mentally destroy me over a 2 to 3 year period. I left with my car and my clothes in bin liners, lived in the shityish digs imaginable for longer than I wanted to. Didn`t care if I lived or died. She lied to my girls for years about me, my girls now know the true and have done for a long long time. Keep moving forward mate and never give in, it will all come good mate you are on the right path with the right lady.

We all have our downers in Life & feel low Rick but when you weigh up what you have with Shelley , your beautiful daughters & the friends old & new you can allow yourself to think you have a lot to be happy about 💖 Also understand how difficult it is to shake off when feeling sad The community of supporters & friends you have now have been & will be there to help you stay strong as you have proven to be a great dad ,Partner & friend to a lot of people Let those around you give you that strength you need to cope with the sad times & allow you to embrace the happiness 💖💖

Yeah, i totally get where you’re coming from. Not been through this divorce wise thankfully but i completely agree that despite trying to do all the right things all of the time doesn’t always work. And that really can make you despair when people just constantly take advantage. Been there, done that. In 2010 I separated. I made choices then that allowed my ex wife and kids to stay in the matrimonial home. We split care of the kids. At that point my ex had 15 years to pay off the mortgage and keep the house etc. she made decisions that were wrong and now we are 13 years down the line and she has 2 years to sort things out it’s not my concern it was her choice. Now she is asking me to bail her out for her mistakes and she doesn’t understand why I won’t. I’ve spent 13 years helping her and at that 15 year point she is on her own. Something that will happen in your life in 15 years time seems so far away but it’s coming back to bite her in the ass now.

Hi Rick everybody has a way with dealing with stress anger and depression I lost an amazing friend about 7 years ago now going to The Big C actually wind me up so much you make me so angry so I had a choice I have a go up to random person in the street and punched 10 bells of poop out of them or I go to my nearest boxing gym thank God for that boxing gym I'm not going to say it works for everybody but let's just say it stopped me from going inside🥊🥊
