You don’t do that? You’re supposed to be running 80% of your runs at a pace you can keep a brief conversation with. That’s how you improve your cardiovascular endurance, specifically your Aerobic capacity.

@anferneefigueroa7635 respectfully, I think you missed my reference to her being post-pregnancy. The impressive part is doing that after having a baby. Is it possible? Sure... obviously! But elite athletes are a different "breed".... most women aren't doing what Tia has done post pregnancy! It's not mind blowing stuff, I was simply saying she is crushing post-pregnancy recovery!
