Last week I just received my "renewed" used Note 9, an upgrade from my inherited Note 5 that has now has some functionality issues. I found one on-line for $559 with a 90 day return policy, from Amazon which isn't too bad a price. It arrived in perfect condition with no scratches, dents or blemishes. Even though the new Note 10 will be out in August, I can't justify the $1,000+ price nor am I skilled enough to exploit all the capabilities available on the Note 10, let alone this one. I'm 72 and this will be better for me than walking (ok, shuffling) the streets. An actual hobby to force what brain cells are left into action. I hope to gain some fluency and frighten my two "children" and maybe get some respect...... AND I hope to develop a little mastery of "da-pen","da-pen"......... Wish me luck, thanks!

@@manudoneria3389 I'd say note 9. Punchhole trend on the s10 series will become obsolete fast and oneplus's hardware is inferior to samsung. In fact I'm getting a note 9 soon so hope this helps.

I have the Note 9 and I must say I'm so happy I went with it! I still think it's the best in Samsung. You know why? NO. CUTOUT. ON. THE. SCREEN. So about a two months ago Samsung was running a really special deal. If you traded in a Note 8 or another recent phone in good shape they would give you $350.00 for the traded in. Also a one time another $300 dollars instant off. After taxes I received a 128 g, new Note 9 for $375.00 dollars on a flash sale. O and to add that they gave me a bunch of points to use towards there online store so i was able to buy the Galaxy Watch for $25.00 and some change out door.

Worth mentioning fact. There was lately a comparison of the built in storage memory speeds in I think Gary's Explains video with the new One Plus 7 Pro with its state of the art UFS 3.0 memory with few other phones, S10, Note 9 including. Surprising outcome was that the Note 9 in most tests came marginally second after the One Plus 7 (in some even faster than that phone), but always faster than the S10. Conclusion? Note 9 will age very gracefully, keeping up with new phones for years to come. I'm considering keeping it even after my contract ends in 2020 and waiting comfortably for a Note 13 or something worthy an upgrade with a big leap in technology compared to the 9.

I’m looking at the Note 9 since my iPhone 8+ is about paid off. However, my Carrier has the S10+ & the Note 9 for the same price, $42 a month. (I don’t have the cash to throw out right for a phone) The Note 8 is 1/2 the price at $21 a month but I use my phone for media 99% time. I’d like the Note 10 but I’m sure that’s gonna be very expensive, especially if they only release a 5g model which I hope they don’t
